Addicted

This place is evil. I was craving some fries yesterday; it was on the way to my sister’s place, so I drove right on thru. While I was waiting for the cashier to come on the speaker to take my order, the #6 caught my eye. It was the Chicken Select Club. $6.00 is a bit much for a Mickey D’s meal, but I though “What the hey…it’s been a minute since I’ve visited the golden arches. The sandwich features chicken, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and Swiss cheese on a toasted wheat bun (I’m very picky about bread and this bun actually gets my approval)…I cut the mayo of course. I arrive to my sister and begin to eat my dinner. I have to say, it was really good…either that or I was really hungry. Anyway, this sandwich must be the equivalent to fast food crack, because I found myself in the Mickey D’s drive-thru today at lunch…this time I thought I’d try the grilled chicken sandwich. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. Give me a Chicken Select Club and a parfait and I’m good to go…but what is a sandwich with out fries, and as healthy as it may appear…who am I kidding…it is McDonald’s after all.
