I'm Baaaaack!

I took a brief hiatus from the net...no blogging, IM'ing, emailing for social purposes, no youtube, no message boards. Just chilling. Our church did a television fast, and since I don't watch television that much...

I have been telling myself that I spend way too much time online, not being too productive. So I took this as a chance to take a much needed break. The time off allowed me to sit and reflect. The internet has become an escape for me. I have a lot going on in my head, and it's nice to be able to share and get my thoughts out. But, I have found myself spending way too much time online running from my own mind. Hopefully this hiatus has taught me to be disciplined about my computer use.

Once I log off, everything is still the same...

Still unemployed...

Still dealing with family drama...

Still single.

So, although this allows me an escape, a place to talk through the hard times as well as share the good times. I need to get back to basics...need to start reading again, writing more. I say this while I am working on launching another blog...This is going to be MAJOR, so be on the lookout.

Ok, I am going to stop with the rambling...what I really want to say is...

Man...
